To better understand these issues, OECD Environment ministers have asked the OECD to review subsidies and tax disincentives to sound environmental practices in OECD countries. As a first steop in responding to that request, a workshop was held in Paris on November 20-21, 1995. This volume presents the written contributions made at the workshop, as well as a synthesis report written after the meeting.
