The detailed instructions are fully illustrated and easy to follow. Many of the sheaths featured in the pictures were made by the author, who was born in Russia and became a leader in the Indian hobbyist movement in the Soviet Union. Now living in the US, he continues to create museum-quality reporductions of Native American craftwork.
