than waking up in the morning and anticipating what the day holds for us. We are anxious to start living the wonders of life, to take time to appreciate all the beautiful things that surround us, to enjoy each moment, and to count our blessings. We must live life with zest. When we live each day as if it is our last day, we tend to be more positive, we greet people with a smile, we give with all our hearts, and we say, "I love you," more often. All our senses come alive. We treasure each moment and don't take life for granted because life passes by so quickly. To love is to give of ourselves unconditionally. Love comes from the heart, and love is sincere. There are many expressions of love: being there for someone, holding someone's hand, sharing a tender touch or a hug. When we have family by our side, we never walk alone. Family is a very important part of our lives. When family spends quality time together and takes time to communicate, a special bond is formed. When we pray, we open up our hearts to the Lord. Prayer grants us peace. Nothing is impossible with the Lord, and having hope and faith can move mountains. The Lord always leads us in the right direction.
