us as adults to be able to detect what people, places and things are influencing our children besides us. My son wanted this book published because it was an attempt to say things to his father. This book is about how quickly things can change in a year. This is a compilation of what I read over the course of a year. The hope for this journal is that we are able to open dialogue, honest dialogue with our children. They own their words and to be able to write their thoughts down without judgment is a gift. ~D.
