Patterns, the pre-existing landmarks in our psyche. Even tho our unconscious is invisible, it remains highly patterned. The more aware we are of Unconscious Patterns, the less we are bound by them, the less they trip us up and lead to physical dis-ease. Uncovering Unconscious Patterns began in the 1950s with the promise of Psychosomatic Medicine. NLP metaprograms accelerated this int he 1970s. In the 1990s after muscle testing, NLP and ecumenical spirituality all converged, we had experimental methods to uncover many more Unconscious Patterns. Q: Don't Unconscious Patterns begin with NLP's Metaprograms? A: Not at all. Wonderful and accurate as these are this was closer to the beginning, closer to George Kelly, Rudolf Dreikurs, Virginia Satir, Eric Berne, Claude Steiner. Unconscious Patterns is closer to Ned Herrmann, Bertrand Babinet, Michael Lincoln and Meridian Metaphors. This is the first book on invisible patterns in our psyche, a basic intro. Q: What happens when I clear up a disturbed unconscious pattern? A: Nature abhors a vacuum. Your cells have automatic, natural ability to produce health and happiness. Cells do not have to educated how to be healthy. Only conscious waking self needs such education. Remove blocks and obstacles, our cells replace the vacuum with more Inner Sunshine.
