And although I am always inspired when this happens, it is clear to me that this synchronicity is much less about my words and so much more about the readiness of the people reading them. The words can only open a doorway into something worth pursuing. The real work and joy belong to those who are willing to step through the door and embrace the life-changing possibilities that await.
