Soldiers holding MOS 91H should have access to this publication. Trainers and first line supervisors should actively plan for Soldiers’ access, making it available in work areas, unit learning centers, and unit libraries. Tasks in this manual apply to both Active and Reserve Component Soldiers. This publication applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard (ARNG)/Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS), and the United States Army Reserve (USAR) unless otherwise stated.
