Events that brought them together created stories that filled their lives with joy and love, anger and despair, success and failure. Journals, logs, notes and discipline files tell their stories. For those who want to teach and lead, for those who already do that, it is from these stories power can be achieved. Sharing what experience has taught and deeply reflecting on those experiences helps us learn and gives us power.
