Brooklyn, N.Y. Established in the late fall/early winter of 2010, OVRPS has been advocating an artistic community of writing and art, while publishing the literary magazine By The Overpass. Along with the magazine, Overpass Books is publishing poetry, fiction and art from writers and artists across the world, as well as promoting readings in the New York City community and beyond.
