Achievement Staffing Governance This CD-ROM is both a case study of an actual school (The Sagemont School) and specific suggestions about designing, financing, building,planning the program, and managing a school. The case study presents all the major steps taken from the initial conceptualization, of The Sagemont School through its first two years of operation. Suggestions lead you through the development of your vision, financing, site selection, and building. They also provide guidance in marketing, staffing, evaluation, curriculum, and professional development.
