Zac's response to Jim's last comment before removing his life support made skeptical Jim a believer. He had no doubts in the conversations October 1, 2000, 21- year old Zac died and his mother's life catapulted into a life-shattering nightmare. What happened in that first year of grief was not only surprising and unexpected but also shocking, surreal, and healing. Through documented signs and communication, Zac became his mother's strongest supporter in her grief.
