The students' book provides: a clear statement of objectives at the beginning of each unidad; at the end of each unidad, a statement of the new language areas which have been covered in "Ahora se..."; a bilingual list of key phrases and vocabulary covered in the unidad; valid tasks and authentic, illustrated material throughout; a wide variety of activities in each of the four skill areas, including mixed-skill tasks; background information about the everyday life, customs and culture of Spain and Latin America; at the end of the book, a detailed grammar section, including deduction of grammatical rules and further language practice; and also at the end of the book, a comprehensive vocabulary list for stage 2.
