It deals with sales, leases, negotiable instruments, bank deposits and collections, electronic funds transfers, letters of credit, bulk sales, documents of title, and secured transactions. Much of the material in this edition is new, with many cases selected from the substantial body of recent litigation under the Code. Except for a few landmark decisions, historical background is provided by explanatory text.
